Long Term Care Services Dental Services Provided Admission exams will be done on a timely basis, no later than 7 days after the admission assessment completion. At that time, we also chart the mouth, make a treatment plan and answer the MDS questionnaire for you. Annual exams will be performed and best of all, Dentserv will maintain your annual list and do the scheduling for you. X-rays will be taken when indicated and oral hygiene, scaling, denture fabrication, denture identification, restorations and extractions within the limits of general dentistry are all provided as part of the Dentserv comprehensive dental program. Facility staff can consult with a dentist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when a dental problem arises. |
