Long Term Care Services Quality Assurance A trained Dentserv facility representative will visit your facility on a regular basis to insure that your dental service program is meeting the needs of your residents, patients, family and staff. They will review your admission and annual exam lists, review charting, infection control, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, insure treatments are proceeding at a timely pace and provide a QA and statistical report after each visit. Spore tests on your sterilizer will be regularly performed and sterilization logs are kept to assure compliance with our infection control policies.
